1. Acceptance and Eligibility
By creating an account, checking the acceptance box, applying for a job, posting a listing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and any policies expressly incorporated into them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement and must provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting your credentials. You may not share an account in a way that defeats role, security, or audit controls.
2. Platform Role and No Employment Guarantee
RonRecruiter provides technology for publishing opportunities, discovering candidates, submitting applications, and communicating about hiring. Unless expressly agreed in a separate written contract, RonRecruiter is not a party to any employment, contractor, recruiter, staffing, or compensation agreement between users.
RonRecruiter does not guarantee that a job is available, that an employer or candidate is suitable or legitimate, that an application will be reviewed, that an interview or offer will occur, or that information supplied by another user is complete or accurate. Users make their own hiring, application, verification, and acceptance decisions.
3. Job-Seeker Responsibilities and Safety
Job seekers must keep profiles, resumes, qualifications, screening responses, and application materials truthful and current. Do not submit confidential information, government identification numbers, banking credentials, passwords, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive information through profiles, applications, or messages.
Verify an employer and opportunity independently before sharing sensitive information, traveling, purchasing equipment, or accepting work. Never pay an employer or recruiter to obtain a job through the Service. Treat requests for gift cards, cryptocurrency, wire transfers, check forwarding, account credentials, or upfront equipment payments as warning signs and report suspicious activity.
Hiring decisions belong to employers and recruiters. Nothing in these Terms waives a job seeker’s non-waivable rights under applicable employment, anti-discrimination, consumer-protection, privacy, or other laws.
4. Employer and Recruiter Responsibilities
Employers and recruiters represent that they are authorized to act for the named organization. Listings, company information, compensation, locations, requirements, application routes, and communications must be truthful, current, lawful, and for genuine opportunities.
Employers and recruiters are solely responsible for their hiring criteria, advertisements, interviews, screening, recordkeeping, background-check procedures, accommodations, classification, compensation, tax obligations, and compliance with all applicable employment, anti-discrimination, accessibility, privacy, and data-protection laws.
You may use candidate information only for legitimate recruiting and hiring related to an opportunity. You may not sell candidate data, build unrelated marketing lists, request unnecessary sensitive information, charge applicants, impersonate another organization, post discriminatory or deceptive content, or use the Service for pyramid schemes, money-transfer activity, or other fraud.
5. Job-Listing Publication and Expiration
A listing is eligible to appear publicly for 90 days from its publication date. It is automatically removed from public search and closed when that period ends, even if the recruiter does not remove it manually. An employer or recruiter may renew an active listing through the hiring portal; renewal establishes a new expiration date 90 days from the renewal date.
An application deadline may be earlier than the publication expiration date. RonRecruiter may pause, reject, close, or remove a listing sooner for moderation, security, legal, quality, or operational reasons. Expiration removes the listing from public discovery but may preserve applications, messages, audit records, and other records needed to operate and protect the Service.
6. Applications, Communications, and Third-Party Sites
Users are responsible for material they upload or send. Internal applications and messages may be shared with the employer, recruiter, candidate, or authorized hiring-team members involved in the opportunity. External application links lead to services RonRecruiter does not control; those services have their own terms and privacy practices.
RonRecruiter may use automated security, spam, duplicate, and moderation controls. Those controls reduce risk but cannot identify every scam, inaccurate listing, harmful file, or unlawful action.
7. User Content and Acceptable Use
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant RonRecruiter a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, display, transmit, and format that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Service.
You may not interfere with the Service; scrape or harvest data without written permission; probe security; upload malicious code; evade rate limits; misuse another person’s identity or data; infringe intellectual-property rights; threaten or harass others; or use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, or exploitative activity.
8. Privacy, Security, and Retention
The Service processes account details, profile information, resumes and documents, applications, messages, interview details, saved activity, search analytics, and technical security records to provide and protect the Service. Candidate information is disclosed to employers or recruiters when a candidate applies, opts into recruiter discovery, or otherwise directs that disclosure.
No internet service is completely secure. Use only information necessary for employment purposes. RonRecruiter may retain records after a listing or account closes when reasonably needed for security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, backups, fraud prevention, or enforcement of these Terms.
9. Suspension and Termination
RonRecruiter may restrict, suspend, or terminate access; remove content; preserve evidence; or refer conduct to affected parties or authorities when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, respond to legal process, address security risk, or maintain the Service. Users may stop using the Service at any time, but provisions that by nature should survive will remain effective.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” RonRecruiter disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation. RonRecruiter does not warrant user identity, job accuracy, hiring outcomes, compensation, workplace safety, or third-party conduct.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RonRecruiter and its operators, affiliates, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of opportunity, income, data, goodwill, or employment; or harm caused by another user or third-party service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of amounts the claimant paid directly to RonRecruiter during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow particular exclusions or limits, so those provisions apply only to the extent permitted.
12. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, employers, recruiters, and other business users will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RonRecruiter and its operators from third-party claims, losses, penalties, and reasonable costs arising from their listings, hiring practices, candidate-data use, legal noncompliance, misrepresentations, or violation of these Terms. Consumer users are responsible only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
13. Changes, Severability, and Entire Agreement
RonRecruiter may update these Terms prospectively. When acceptance of a new version is required, account access may be limited until the user reviews and accepts it. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue.
These Terms and policies expressly incorporated into them are the agreement regarding use of the Service, except for a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Legal notices to RonRecruiter must be sent through the contact method published on the Service at the time notice is given.
